I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

We hope you love your Pretty Bird jewelry, however, if for any reason you do not, we offer returns in exchange for store credit on unworn items in resellable condition.

To start an exchange, please email with your order number and ‘Exchange Request’ in the subject line within 7 days of receiving your package. Once the order is returned and inspected, an e-gift card will be issued. Store credit value will be the merchandise total, minus original and return shipping fees.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for earrings that have been tried on.
  • Sale merchandise and all orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more are final sale.
  • If you return individual items from a stacking set, you will be charged the original retail price for those kept items, and your store credit will reflect the difference.

Missing Packages
Once the item is packaged, shipped and in the shipping carrier's hands, we are no longer responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable & incorrect addresses. Please contact the shipping provider with any shipping concerns.

If your package was ‘Returned to Sender’ for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the item.

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please email within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and ‘Damaged Order’ in the subject line. Attach a photo of the damaged piece and we will send you a return shipping label and a replacement piece. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary. The average shipping time within the United States is 4-8 business days.
